Agreement
By using BayWise ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. The App is developed and published by Hi-Tech Redneck Consulting LLC ("we," "us," "our").
What the App Does
BayWise is a shop management tool that runs on your Android device. It helps you track jobs, log time, manage customers and vehicles, track parts, and generate invoices. All data is stored locally on your device.
Your Data, Your Responsibility
All data you create in BayWise lives on your device and nowhere else. We have no access to it and no ability to recover it. If your phone is lost, stolen, damaged, or wiped, your data goes with it unless you've used the built-in backup feature to save a copy.
We strongly recommend making regular backups. BayWise includes backup and restore tools — use them.
As-Is Service
BayWise is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. We do our best to make it reliable, but software has bugs and phones have limits.
Limitation of Liability
Hi-Tech Redneck Consulting LLC is not liable for any data loss, business interruption, lost revenue, or other damages arising from your use of BayWise. The app is a tool — you're responsible for how you use it and for keeping your own records.
Updates
We may update the app from time to time. Updates may change features, fix bugs, or adjust how things work. We'll do our best not to break anything, but continued use of the app after an update means you accept whatever changed.
Changes to These Terms
We can update these terms. When we do, the new version goes up at https://baywise.app/terms.html with a new effective date. If you keep using the app after a change, you're agreeing to the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Henderson County, Texas.
